TERMS OF SERVICE

 

Standard Terms and Conditions between Reliable Technologies - A subsidiary of God's Fulfillment Computer Institute (hereafter refers to "First Party") and “The User”, identified as any person using any system or service of Reliable Technologies, collectively referred to as "Second Party or Purchaser".

 

INTRODUCTION

Please read this Terms of Service carefully. This describes the terms and conditions under which reliable Technologies offers you her products/services. By accessing or using our products/services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services. 

 

We may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement at the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

(a) The First Party (we) shall be referred to as "Reliable Technologies"; a private ICT Firm registered in Nigeria under registration number ICT72A6W9.

(b) "User", “You”, “Your” shall be referred to as Second Party or Purchaser i.e. the party using the Products and/or Services and/or Software as provided by Reliable Technologies.

(c) "Service" shall mean the activity and obligation of Reliable Technologies to provide the services and/or deliverables.

 

2. THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service constitute the final, complete, and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings or agreements of the parties. This Agreement may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior or contemporaneous statements or agreements. No party has been forced to enter into this Terms by, nor any representation, understanding, agreement, commitment or warranty outside those expressly set forth in this Agreement.

 

3. IMPROPER USE

The User will neither use nor authorize or permit any other person or party to use our services to:

(a) Send or knowingly receive or conduct any communication which is in violation of any law, regulation, regulatory authority or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing, or in breach of confidential, privacy, trade secrets, or in breach of any third party intellectual property rights, or in breach of any other rights;

(b) Reliable Technologies shall be entitled to suspend and/ or terminate the Services to the User in the event of, the Reliable Technologies or third party network being or is potentially jeopardized, harmed and/ or impeded, by the User's use of the Services.

(c) The User acknowledges and agrees that Reliable Technologies may collect and monitor the communication performance of the system associated with the use of the services.

 

4. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

(a) Except for any deliberate act or gross negligence on the part of Reliable Technologies, its associates, servants or agents, and except as otherwise expressly provided herein to the contrary, Reliable Technologies shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and/or arising from negligence. 

(b) Due to the need to conduct maintenance, repair and/or improvement work from time to time on the technical infrastructure by means of which the Services are provided, the provision of the Services may be suspended by Reliable Technologies from time to time, with the giving of at least, 24 (twenty four) hours' notice.

 

5. TAKE-DOWN NOTICE

(a) Reliable Technologies have the right to suspend and / or terminate Services to the User, should any notification be received of unlawful activity by the User, in respect of the services, pursuant to the provisions of the law of the applicable country and standard organization(s).

(b) The User hereby indemnifies and holds Reliable Technologies harmless against any claims, damages and/ or costs of whatsoever nature arising from such as described in (5a).

 

6. REFUND POLICY

All fees are non-refundable when paid except as otherwise provided herein. Where refund is applicable, Reliable Technologies reserves the right to investigate such instance and necessary charges such as Administrative, Refund Processing and Transaction Charges will apply.

 

Also, on rare circumstance where refund is made after due investigations, the refund shall be only be made to the funding account. Providing any other account different from the funding account will be declined.

 

Furthermore, all customers are to check products and service pages for the most recent prices before making payments. Items on this website are prepaid and payable in full only. We neither accept installment or incomplete; where erroneously made (Bank Transfer for instance), such must be completed before rendering of the ordered service can take place.
